Fix It Friday ~ Southern Belle

This week's fix it was a little more of a challenge. The original photographer took this photo in hopes of re-creating a time capture...hence the southern belle attire. I love working with sepia tones and vignettes so I had a lot of fun making this photo look old fashioned.
